The Elfbar 600 Prefilled Pod Kit is a rechargeable vape kit with a slim design and mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw similar to the original Elf Bar 600 disposable. It features a 500mAh battery, USB-C charging and a replaceable 2ml pod containing 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid.

Each pod provides up to approximately 600 puffs, depending on use. This pre-filled kit is inhale-activated and has a two-colour battery indicator. Fit a compatible replacement pod when the e-liquid runs out while keeping the rechargeable device.

Choosing an Elf Bar 600 Flavour

Everyday Use, Battery and Pod Replacement

The Elf Bar 600 has a restricted MTL draw and modest vapour output. If the draw suddenly feels unusually airy, check that the magnetic pod sits flush in the device.

The indicator turns white above approximately 30% charge and red below that level. Red signals that recharging is needed, not that the pod should be replaced. The light does not show an exact percentage.

Each pod is sealed and cannot be manually refilled. Remove the exhausted pod and fit a fresh one using the magnetic connection. Do not dismantle the cartridge or replace its internal coil.

Each pack provides two ready-filled cartridges. ELFBAR also lists compatibility with its ELFA pod series; check the specific pod packaging because not every Elf Bar range uses the same connection.

How to Set Up the Elf Bar 600

Remove the rechargeable device and sealed prefilled pod from the box.

Take off the protective plugs from both ends of the pod. Make sure nothing covers the mouthpiece or connection.

Why is my new Elf Bar 600 pod not producing vapour?

The cartridge has protective rubber plugs at both ends. If either remains attached, the pod may not work correctly. Remove the plugs, check that the cartridge is seated properly and try again. If the device still does not activate, consult the supplied troubleshooting instructions.

Can I change Elf Bar 600 flavours without buying another kit?

Yes. You can remove the fitted pod and replace it with another compatible flavour. If you plan to keep a partially used pod, protect its openings, store it according to the manufacturer's instructions and keep it away from children and pets.

Are the Elf Bar 600 Prefilled Kit and original Elf Bar 600 disposable the same?

No. Although they share a similar shape, flavour range and MTL draw, the prefilled version has a rechargeable battery and a removable cartridge. The original disposable was a single-use device. Sales of single-use vapes have been banned in the UK since June 2025.

Do I need to replace the coil separately?

No. The heating coil is built into each sealed prefilled pod. When you fit a fresh cartridge, you also get a new coil. There is no need to purchase a separate coil or dismantle the pod.
